- 48 hour cancellation to avoid 50% service fee upon next appointment
- Gift certificates will be void if appointment is missed
- Late arrivals will not receive extension of time
- You will be properly covered during spa services
- Charge card required prior to spa reservations and weddings
- $40 service fee for returned checks
- No checks accepted for new customers
- Lost gift certificates will not be honored
- Prices subject to change without notice.
