Salon Policies
A few house rules, so every guest gets the full time and attention
they booked. If anything here is unclear, call us on
(708) 594-2050 and we will explain.
Appointments & Cancellations
- Please give us 48 hours’ notice to change or cancel.
Cancellations inside 48 hours are charged 50% of the service at your next visit. - If you are running late, call ahead. We will always do what we can, though a late
start means a shorter appointment — the guest after you booked their time too. - A card on file is required when reserving spa services and wedding bookings.
Your Spa Visit
- You will be properly and comfortably covered throughout every spa service.
- The spa areas are reserved for adults, so that they stay quiet and relaxing for
everyone using them.
Gift Certificates
- Gift certificates are void if an appointment is missed.
- Lost gift certificates cannot be replaced, so please keep yours somewhere safe.
Payment
- We are unable to accept cheques from first-time guests.
- Returned cheques carry a $40 fee.
- Prices may change from time to time. We will always confirm the cost with you
before we begin.
